1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the elderly care programmes and related services offered by GoldenCare, including Assisted Living Residence, Memory Support Programme, and Rehabilitation & Recovery Stay.

"User" or "You" refers to any person who accesses our website or uses our services.

"We", "Us", or "Our" refers to GoldenCare, located at 15 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9, Singapore 569785.

"Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions together with any care service agreement signed between you and GoldenCare.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of a prospective resident.

3. Service Description

GoldenCare provides elderly care home services in Singapore, including long-term assisted living, memory support for individuals with dementia or cognitive changes, and short-term rehabilitation and recovery programmes. Service availability may vary depending on capacity and the individual needs of the prospective resident. Detailed programme information is available on our Solutions page.

4. Enquiries and Admissions

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Admission to any programme is subject to a consultation and needs assessment. GoldenCare reserves the right to decline admission if we determine that we are unable to meet the prospective resident's care requirements safely and effectively.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in any forms you submit, to use the website in a lawful manner and not for any harmful or fraudulent purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, and not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on this website without our written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for our care programmes are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are payable in advance on a monthly basis for the Assisted Living Residence and Memory Support Programme, and on a weekly basis for the Rehabilitation & Recovery Stay. Specific fees, billing dates, and payment methods will be outlined in the individual care service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust fees with at least 30 days' written notice.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate a care service agreement with 30 days' written notice. In urgent circumstances, such as a significant change in health status or safety concerns, GoldenCare may adjust or end services with shorter notice. Any prepaid fees for unused services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Specific terms will be outlined in the individual care agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design elements, and the GoldenCare name and logo, is owned by GoldenCare or used with permission. You are granted a non-transferable right to view and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical or professional advice. While we strive to keep our content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information presented. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, GoldenCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldenCare, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of our website or services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any care service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoldenCare.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
